Blu-Ray DVD Players, along with Blu-Ray DVD Discs, offer up a high quality, High Definition (HD) resolution, resulting in crisp, clear & lifelike images that are striking close to real life.
If you haven't yet seen the quality difference between normal DVD & Blu-Ray DVD quality, it's worth visiting your local Hifi / Electronics store to check it out.
If you've got a bunch of old DVD's, don't worry, as Blu-Ray is backwards compatible and will play your current DVD's, CD's, etc.... Blu Ray is also the format that carries the new 3D Titles.
